A bachelorette party is traditionally organized by a woman from the bridal party. But how do to decide on what to do for a bachelorette party?

There are so many activities that it’s not easy to pick one. It is therefore wise to have a brainstorm session with all the women that will be attending the bachelorette party.

First decide on how long the bachelorette party will last. Some people organize a bachelorette party that takes up an entire weekend, some make it a day, some only celebrate for one night. Keep in mind though that the bride does not pay for her own bachelorette party. Devide the costs between the bachelorette party guests.

What To Do on a Bachelorette Party Day

An entire day opens up a lot of options for things to do at the bachelorette party. Start the day with a nice breakfast or brunch, either at a restaurant or at someone’s home. After a nice meal, head out and attend a workshop like a striptease workshop for example. This is a lot of fun and it’s also a present for the soon to be married couple: the bride-to-be can try out what she has learned on the honeymoon. Other options for fun workshops are cooking and pole dancing.

Instead of having lots of activities at the bachelorette party, it's also fun to choose one activity that takes up the entire day. Go to an amusement park and enjoy thrilling rides and big ice-creams! Or organize a day at the local spa and be pampered by professionals, get some nice massages and relax all day long. This is a great activity to do at a bachelorette party because the bride-to-be is sure to long for some relaxing with all the wedding stress going on!

Conclude the day with a nice dinner at the bride-to-be’s favourite restaurant or go dance the night away in her favourite club. Want to keep it even more simple? Then head over to the movie theatre with all the bachelorette party guests for the newest romantic film!

Tips For a One Evening Bachelorette Party

If time is limited to one evening, start by having dinner together. Instead of choosing a fancy restaurant, why not try out a theme restaurant for the bachelorette party? Or choose for an all-you-can-eat formula. When drinking alcohol during dinner make sure that everyone takes a taxi to get back home.

A great idea for people who don’t like to go out, is having a pyjama bachelorette party. Rent some movies, buy candy and popcorn or pizza and enjoy a real girls night at home! Want to spice it up a little? Then buy an erotic gift basket for the bride and give her small, funny assignments. Every time she has completed one, give her one item from the basket.

How to Organize a Bachelorette Party Weekend

Another option for a bachelorette party is going away for the weekend. Go on a city trip to a town nearby, spend the weekend hiking and camping in a National Park or head over to Las Vegas for some serious partying.

When organizing an entire bachelorette party weekend, keep in mind the expenses. Check with people’s budgets firsts. It would be a real shame that someone would not be able to go along just because they cannot afford going away for the weekend.

Bachelorette Party Keepsakes

Whatever kind of bachelorette party is being held, make it a fun night out to remember forever! Keen on having something for a keepsake? Then print bachelorette party shirts for everyone. Ask people to wear these during the party and give the shirts to them to keep as a memento.
