Sprigs of myrtle and Veronica flowers were cut from Queen Victoria's gardens at Osborne House and were also included in the wedding bouquet. Early Hollywood Movie Star Wedding Flowers Early Hollywood stars included Marilyn Monroe and Audrey Hepburn; Marilyn Monroe married her second husband, baseball star Joe Di Maggio, in 1954 at San Fransisco City Hall and despite her fame, carried a simple wedding bouquet of three white orchid flowers. American TV Star Wedding Bouquets In 2000, Friends TV star Jennifer Aniston married Hollywood actor Brad Pitt. Jennifer Aniston used flowers liberally in her celebrity wedding ceremony; her wedding bouquet consisted of pink Dutch Vendela roses and green hydrangea. Flower girls threw petals down the aisle, and it is reported that 50,000 flowers were used on the wedding day. Also in 2000, TV star Debra Messing (Will and Grace and The Starter Wife) married screenwriter Daniel Zelman; in an outdoor ceremony on a private Santa Barbara estate, Debra Messing chose to carry long-stemmed calla lilies as her wedding flowers.
